All massages sessions are by appointment only. Please call (267) 446-7830 to make your appointment.

All new clients will be required to fill out a Client Information Form in order for the therapist to obtain any pertinent background health information so that your massage experience can be tailored accordingly. There will then be an opportunity for a discussion between you and your therapist about the massage session and the issues you wish to address. This is also a time to educate you on the benefits of massage, what to expect, and an opportunity for you to ask any questions or state any concerns that arise. This should take about 10-15 minutes and will not affect the length of your massage session.

At Massage Health Solutions, we encourage and welcome you to interview the therapist with any questions or concerns you may have about the massage or your health situation while you are scheduling your appointment.

Arrival and Lateness

Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to avoid shortening your session. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times regardless of lateness. Also please allow some time at the conclusion of the massage to dress. The therapist will then come back into the room and finish up with a follow-up discussion of your session.

Please be advised that being late will take away from quality time with the therapist. When you’re on time, you will be in a more relaxed state and will gain maximum benefit from your session. Full rates will still apply.


All massage services are in a therapeutic setting and not of a sexual nature. Harassment of any type will not be tolerated. If the therapist’s safety feels compromised, the session will be stopped immediately. The therapist reserves the right to decline service to anyone who is outside the scope of massage practice. This right also includes refusal to treat anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Rest assured that confidentiality is maintained at all times. Personal and professional boundaries are respected at all times. Clients are draped with sheets at all times during the session. Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time. Also, the client maintains the right to terminate the massage at any time if he or she feels too uncomfortable to continue the massage. Your comfort is a priority during your massage.

Proper Hygiene

Please be sure to shower up before your session. If you’ve had a rough sweaty day, please be courteous and considerate to your therapist and to yourself and freshen up. You’ll benefit from and enjoy your session so much more.


If cancellations are necessary, please give 24-hour notice or you will be charged for the appointment. You will also be charged for not showing up at your visit. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the session will be charged a full session’s fee. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment to those who repeatedly miss sessions without proper notice.


Is completely at the client’s discretion.

In the Event of Illness

Anyone is vulnerable to viruses and infections, and at times, you may need to cancel your appointment when you are feeling unwell. Please call to discuss any contagious illness such as common cold or flu, diarrhea, sore throat, vomiting, fever, contagious skin lesions, poison ivy or oak, meningitis, hepatitis A, conjunctivitis, lice or any other sudden illness that you may be suffering from so that we may determine the best course of action.

Forms of Payment

Payment is due at the time the service is rendered.

Gift Certificates

Available for any occasion. Please call (267) 446-7830 to order some today! Special discounts may apply to certain holidays, such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and other special holidays. Payment must be made before receiving the gift certificate.
